If you would like to become a MAGNUM sponsor then please choose one of the options below for sending in your donation*. Larger donors will be recognized on the site by having their name included in our sponsor section as either a Silver Sponsor for those who donate between $50-$100, Gold Sponsor for those who donate between $100-$1000, or Platinum Sponsor for those who donate $1000 or above. With each option below you may make a donation* and, if you so desire, additionally request that a Migraine Patient Information Kit be sent to you.
