Request For Information

       The demands placed on MAGNUM to serve the Migraine community are growing rapidly, and currently we are receiving the highest number of requests for Migraine information we have ever seen. We try, unlike many other groups, to send out information without requiring a donation -- however, given the large amount of requests, MAGNUM's costs are escalating rapidly, and while a donation is still not required to receive MAGNUM information, donations from those who can afford them would be greatly appreciated. For those of you who suffer from the economic burden placed on you by your migraine disease, a donation is neither necessary, nor sought. We will continue to work hard to meet your requests as quickly as we can, and hope that our information will help improve your lives. Thank you.

If you would like the information packet sent to you sooner and don't mind paying a small $10.00 donation* to cover printing, packaging, and labor costs plus $9.95 to cover shipping and handling then click on the PayPal button below, fill out the secure form, and we will send out a packet via priority mail as soon as the payment has cleard. This is our fastest and easiest method.

And of course you can "snail mail" us a personal check for a donation and we will Priority mail you a Migraine Patient Information Kit within two working days of receiving your donation. This will take approximately 1-2 weeks.
